In 1996, after an illness, she began practicing Indian Ayurveda and Yoga, which led to a rebirth experience of body and mind and a complete cure of her illness. She studied every year in Indian yoga ashrams, research and educational institutions, and spent five years on pilgrimage to the four holy Himalayan sites with a yogic high priest. She mastered various yoga systems of traditional yoga. After visiting and training at the Ministry of AYUSH, Bangalore, South India, Ayurveda University Hospital in Mangalore, Government Ayurveda University Hospital, and Shantigiri Ayurveda Jeddah Medical College Hospital, she went on to manage a yoga and Ayurveda salon in Tokyo National City. She also offers meditation programs to help Japan’s aging population, mental and physical problems, and mental health, trains teachers, and provides consulting services for companies and salons.
